📌MUUIDO

Muuido island is located off the coast of the Incheon International Airport. It is one of the most popular beach getaways from Seoul, well known for the beach cabins that line the shore. Many visitors come to this island for cambing experience and other activities such as hiking, ziplining and horseback riding🏇🏼🧗🏼‍♂️🚣🏼‍♀️

If you are more into relaxing and healing, you can simply watch the sunset sitting by the seashore. Near the beach, they have cabins which can house up to four people and can be rented during the night. Nearby convenient stores sell an impressive selection of camping items such as fireworks, cup noodles and more.

📌SEORAKSAN NATIONAL PARK

Seoraksan is the highest mountain in the Taebaek mountain range in Gangwon Province, located in a national park near the city of Sokcho. It's the third highest mountain in South Korea, reaching 1,708 meters (5,603 feet). It's one of the most popular hiking destinations with dramatic peaks, deep valleys and spectacular view. 



You can easily reach Seoraksan National Park by car within 3 hours from Seoul city, which is close enough to make a day trip or weekend getaway. You can also take the Seoraksan Cable Car that takes you up to Gwongeumseong Fortress, a stone fortress at the top of Seoraksan Mountain, which offers fascinating views of the park.

📌RELAX IN A HOTSPRING AT ASAN

Located only an hour away from Seoul, Asan Spavis is a theme park with pool, water therapy, outdoor hot spring pool open all year long. It's a family friendly place with kids pool as well. The theme park can hold up to 7,100 people at a time with 23 hot spring pools. If you want to add a bit more fun to your healing journey here, you can try the extreme water rides such as 75 meter  wave pool, 110 meter race slide and 125 meter water tube. 

📌JOENJU HANOK VILLAGE

Jeonju is a historical town, visited by both local and foreign visitors for its delicious streed food, hanbok experience and deep history. Most of Jeonju's Hanok homes were built in the 1920s and 30s like Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul. Now they have been converted to guesthouses, museums, cafes, tea houses, galleries and street food vendors. 

You can stoll through the area, trying out delicious food and cute accessories stores all day long. While you are here, it's a must to try The Famous Choco Pie🍩, made by one of Korea's top 5 bakeries PNB Poongnyeon Bakery (opened since 1951).

📌DAMYANG: BAMBOO FOREST🎋


Damyang's main attraction is Bamboo Forest where you can get the ultimate healing. Located in the northern side of Jeollanamdo province, Damyang is only 2.5hr journey on the high speed KTX train away from Seoul. You can make a day trip out in this town, far away from the busy city.  While you are here, don't forget to try the Bamboo Ice Cream as well🍦
