[Real Model] Model from Czech Republic visits Nana for Rhinoplasty and More

Katerina always liked her face because of her occupation as a model, but she wanted to make her face nicer by giving it a few changes. She wanted plump lips, a nose that curved up a little more, and she wanted her chin to be pointier. She wanted to look good from all angles.
