Long and Droopy Nose fixed at NANA Plastic Surgery Hospital | Asymmetric and Deviated Nose Makeover in Korea

going to do a review of our real model vlog :D
Our real model Baasanjargal from Mongolia
had a rhinoplasty here at NANA. She likes her face structure but she wanted to
reshape her nose just a little bit.
She chose NANA Hospital for her rhinoplasty

Baasanjargal’s main concern with her nose
was that it was long and droopy. Thereby, through the surgery, she wanted her droopy
nose tip to be improved. Overall, she wanted a nose that best suits her face
instead of following the trend.
We asked her what she wants to do most after surgery and she replied that she wishes to upload
new selfies on her Instagram (cute~~😚).
Doctor Kim Il Hwan
(AKA. My 2nd father... he did my nose as well :D) was responsible for Baasanjargals' rhinoplasty.
According to doctor Kim, Baasanjargal has
an asymmetric nose. When looking from the side, she has a long and droopy nose.
In order to correct this kind of nose, tip
plasty should be performed with the use of ear/ septal cartilage. Moreover, she
has a hump on her nose, which will be removed to give a smoother nose line. And
to harmonize the nose bridge with the tip, he will heighten up the bridge a
little bit with a silicone implant. Osteotomy is also needed to narrow down the
wide nasal bone.
Lastly, he will fix the deviated nose to
get a straighter bridge line.
After the consultation, Baasanjargal felt
the doctor was very thorough and detailed. She asked him to make her nose that suits her face most.
She's going into the surgery room~
Post-OP
After a week of surgery, she came back to NANA for the
stitch-out.
We asked her how she felt aft after the surgery. Right after the surgery, she felt her throat
very sore and dry. She was very thirsty. But she didn’t feel any pain. She
recovered quickly and was able to go home right away.
For a week post-op, she had swellings for
3 days and from the 4th day, her swelling started to go down and didn’t have many
bruises.
