Fat grating to the eyes? How? Check out our Real Model from Iran| NANA Plastic Surgery

Her name is NANA (this is not her real name, but a nickname!) and she is from Iran :D

She came to NANA to improve her sagging eyelid as well as her breast :D

 

What doe Nana want to achieve after the surgery?

Breast: She wants a more feminine image after the surgery. She doesn’t want them too big, but naturally big that suits her body.

Eyes: She wants a prettier eye shape and to improve her asymmetric eyes.

 

With these in mind, our doctor Choi Jung Sik consults her further.

According to Dr. Choi, he says that he’s going to go for incisional double eyelid surgery for symmetry with the other side of her eyes. As Nana has a sagging left eye, he will proceed with fat grafting on the depressed area. He’s also going to carry out lower Hotz surgery for Nana’s white of the eyes to be more visible.

 

In terms of Nana’s breast, Dr. Choi says that he doesn’t recommend a big-sized implant as her chest size is small. Also, Nana possesses a protruding chest (pigeon chest). Thus, as it’s hard to create cleavage, he will try his best to make a cleavage where he will fill out the inner part of her chest with the implant.

After her consultation, she goes for a medical checkup for safe surgery~

On the operation day, the doctor designs and prepares for the surgery ~

After a week of surgery, she visited NANA for a checkup and post-op treatment (which helps with faster recovery) :D

She feels as if her tummy is swollen and the doctor said that it’s normal as the swelling goes down the tummy. He added that if she walks often, it will help with deswelling.

Nana also gets a tingling feeling on her breast. Dr. Choi replied that it’s because her skin is stretching which is also a normal symptom.
