Cartilgage Rhinoplasty

What is
Cartilage Rhinoplasty
 ?

By using self / donated dermis and cartilage without using any artificial preservative such as silicone or corntex, the incidence of inflammation that occurs when using artificial implants is low, and it is safe from the absence of problems such as hard feelings of implant and thin skin, and it completes a natural and beautiful nose line like original nose.

Ear Cartilage

It is the preferred cartilage tissue because it can be used universally among the autologous cartilage, it can make the shape of the nose naturally and prevent visible phenomena when the skin is thin. The incision scar is inconspicuous and there is no change in the shape of the ear at all.

Septum Cartilage
Nasal Septum Cartilage is a column of the nose that exists in the vertical direction in the nose. The septum cartilage is taken from the inside leaving the L-shaped shape that supports the nose, and no additional scarring occurs. This cartilage is most commonly used to make the tip of the nose sharp and is most commonly used because the angle of the tip of the nose can be adjusted.

Rib Cartilage(Costal Cartilage)

The other cartilage is used when the cartilage is insufficient. It is usually taken from the sixth to ninth cartilage. The length of the incision is about 2cm. If the nose is contracted by severe short nose or by severe side effects, or a very small, low-formed coil, can raise the nose and nose tips without using implant.

Dermis
Dermis is the area between the epidermis (the outermost layer of skin) and the fat layer. If the implant is difficult to re-use again due to the side effects of previous surgery, or if the skin of the nose has become thinner, it is used to raise the nasal bridge. It is often used as a substitute for implants when there is resistance to the implant during the first operation.

The Temporomandibular Membrane(Fascia)
The temporomandibular membrane is a membrane that surrounds the muscles inside the scalp, and a small incision is made in the scalp above the ear. It is a relatively thin membrane that is used to wrap the implants and cartilage if the skin of the nose or nose tip appears to be thin.
