Getting Multiple Procedures for a Proportionate and Smooth Facial Line at NANA Plastic Surgery in South Korea!

We'll like to show you a recent experience from Momo. She's a Youtube content creator from Japan. 

Consultation DAY 

Her main concern was her face shape, and nose revision because she wanted a higher nose tip.  Her eyes are also a concern because she wants them bigger and lastly, she wants to do fat grafting on the forehead and cheeks.  

She had a primary rhinoplasty done before in Japan, but the implant that was used for it is still a concern for her. The fact that it's tilted to this side was her complex. In other words, she thinks that her nose has deviated to the other side. 

According to Dr. Park, Momo is going to have the following:

📌epicanthoplasty (for longer eyes), lateral canthoplasty, and lower Hotz (appropriate proportion).  Also, for her fat grafting on her forehead, nasolabial folds, and front cheeks.

 According to Dr. Kim, Momo will proceed by the following: 

📌 Rhinoplasty:

• The implant is inserted only on the nasal bridge. 

Issue: her nose tip is relatively low and the implant is tilted to one side.

So, Dr. Kim will remove the existing silicone implant through an open rhinoplasty --> replace the implant with a new silicone implant to heighten the bridge. 

For the tip, Dr. Kim will apply septal cartilage inside her nose and if necessary ear cartilage to make it higher.

📌 Facial contouring:

 

Momo doesn't have much fat on her face which means she has a protruding face shape. 

Her side cheekbones and 45 degrees cheekbones are both protruding. 

The length between the angular jaw to the chin is too long. 

So, Dr. Kim will proceed with a T-osteotomy, which will help reduce the jaw and the length of the jaw. 

For the angular jawline, Dr. Kim will make a long curve incision for a smaller and smooth look. 

After the consultation, she went for a medical checkup. 

Surgery DAY

 

She prepares for the surgery: face wash & changes into a patient gown. 

Then, she meets the doctor again for the finalization and design. 

 After all the preparation is done, she goes into the surgery room.

 DAY 4 POST-OP

DAY 7 POST-OP

She is impressed because her facial contouring changed significantly. 

POST-SYMPTOMS:

• Regarding the swelling, it has swollen a lot for a week.

The big swelling subsided a lot from the 2nd week.

From the 3rd week, the swelling went down to the bottom, where she had a bit of swelling. 

From the 4th week, the swelling started to go down. 

• Regarding the scar, it almost healed in a month. 

Last but not least: 

MOMO'S TIP FOR SURGERY PREPARATION!

1. It will be good if you prepare a small spoon and a tapper for the sauce in order to drink water easily. Like this: 

2. Prepare a cushion and a toothbrush that is used for kids.

3. Prepare a waterproof bandage in case you do liposuction
