1. Before surgery
After the 3D-CT scan, you will have sufficient consultation with a specialist about the surgical method and plan.

Hump removal method by type
1. If both the bridge and the tip of the nose are high
= If the bridge and the tip of the nose are high but there is a hump, an incision is made inside the nose to remove the hump.

= If the bridge is low and the tip of the nose is high, an incision is made on the inside of the nose to remove the hump, and then implants are used on the bridge to create a smooth and high nose.
3. If the bridge is high and the tip of the nose is low
= If the bridge is high but the tip of the nose is low, an incision is made on the inside of the nose to remove the hump, and then the tip of the nose is raised using autologous cartilage to create a sophisticated nose.
4. If both the bridge and the tip of the nose are low
= If both the bridge and the tip of the nose are low, after removing the hump, the tip of the nose is raised using autologous cartilage, and an implant is placed on the bridge to create a sharp and smooth nose.
